Jean Griffith Back-to-School Celebration
Free backpacks and school supplies for Dublin students in need
One Dublin makes sure hundreds of Dublin, Ohio students have basic school supplies they need for a successful year. Our Jean Griffith Back-to-School Celebration is a drive-thru event with live entertainment and community partners. Our goal is to not only provide some of the school supplies, but to allow students to pick out their own backpack so they are ready and excited for their first day of school.
This event is for Dublin (OH) City School students entering grades K-12 for the 2025/2026 school year. Preschoolers who attend Dublin City School’s Preschool or the Head Start Preschool in Dublin are eligible to attend.
Families MUST register for the event to ensure we have enough backpacks and supplies for everyone. Registration begins July 1st.

Together we can help students succeed
Businesses, churches, organizations and individuals can help ensure students start the year off right by participating in our Back-to-School Celebration. Host a supply drive, volunteer to stuff backpacks or attend our community event. For more information email info@one-dublin.org.
Backpacks and school supplies can be dropped off outside Indian Run United Methodist Church (6305 Brand Road, Dublin) or purchased using our Amazon Wish List by July 19th.
