The One Dublin Board of Directors is delighted to welcome Brian Carr as the new Executive Director.

Brian is a collaborative, community-centered leader with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and faith-based service. He has built a career uniting people across diverse communities, strengthening organizations through partnership and leading with compassion.

At One Dublin, Brian’s leadership will focus on expanding the organization’s role as a trusted resource and convener in our community. His vision and proven ability to bring people together in support of a mission align beautifully with our work to unite and empower our neighbors through hope and help.

I believe deeply in the power of community and our ability to collectively help one another, and I look forward to living more fully into that through this role," shares Brian.

Brian previously served as Senior Minister at Journey Community Church, where he led the successful merger of two congregations, and as a Charity Accreditation Specialist with the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau, where he advanced nonprofit accountability and trust. He also has experience supporting families through chaplaincy work at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Brian holds a Master of Divinity from Methodist Theological School in Ohio, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Hiram College, and a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Certification from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
